    The band which got me into country music was Lonestar.
    They have the very best music and the lyrics are just fantastic to sing along with.

    Well, when I listened to country music, it was Hank Jr., Merle Haggard and the like that got me listening to it. But one of my favorite memories is seeing Marty Robbins perform only a few months before he passed away.

    The ones my parents used to listen to when I was a kid—–> the oldies such as Conway, Kenny, Johnny, George, Tammy, Loretta, Patsy and all the rest.

    Keith Urban and Steve Holy. I got dragged to a line dancing club, heard “Good Morning, Beautiful” and “I Wanna Be Your Everything” and it was all downhill from there.

    Ernest Tubb….Walking The Floor Over You
    Hank Williams…I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry
    Hank Snow….I’m Moving On
    Tennessee Ernie Ford….Sixteen Tons

    and many more after that, I have them all mixed in with my Stones,, Led Zeppelin , AC/DC and Metallica and more.
